We offer cash-based services only. With this model, we guarantee you will always work 1 on 1 with a doctor of physical therapy for the duration of your session and are not held back by the restraints set forth by insurance. Our patients typically see results in just a few sessions when provided with high quality care tailored to their needs.

Serving Orange County and parts of LA and San Diego counties, we provide private, in-home care specific to your needs. We started our business with the goal of being able to spend more time with each of our clients. We enjoy the freedom of treating the entire person and using a variety of treatment options to help our clients reach their goals. Sam has an extensive background in professional sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and return to sport for athletes of all ages.

While we are not affiliated with any insurance, we are partnered with Reimbursify, which is an app based program that assists with filing insurance claims. We provide each patient with a Superbill that you may submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to find out more information related to your plan.
